Today was one of the nicest days we’ve had in a long while. It always seems to be raining or snowing here in Fairfax, but maybe spring is finally here!!  I’ve been seeing daffodils blooming and some blossoming trees. That’s the best part of spring, all of the colors and the scent of fresh flowers floating through the air. I just love it! In honor of this beautiful day, I decided to finally try out my new boyfriend jeans. I bought them a few weeks ago from Zara and let me just say, I’m in love! These jeans are so comfortable compared to my typical skinny jean ensemble. They are just so effortlessly chic! I just have to add that I can’t believe this was my first purchase from Zara. Their designs are amazing! It’s like getting high-end clothing at a price that everyone can afford. I visit their website entirely too much…and I usually do it when I’m in class. Oops! I copy and paste links to all of the pieces I’d love to have into an email and send it to myself, that way I won’t forget! I may or may not have a problem.

Getting back to today’s outfit. It was very simple, but that’s how I dress. I’m not one to pile on the accessories. I’m very much a minimalist. My idea of amping up this outfit was by adding colorful tapestry oxfords that I got at the Rose Bowl Flea Market back in January. They were only $10! Such a steal, right? The fabric even has metallic flecks to add a little bit of schnazz!!
