WHITE ON BLUE

Whenever I pass a graffiti-adorned or spray-painted wall I’m instantly drawn to it. And I especially loved the color and creativity of the wall in these photos. It was the perfect backdrop for my relatively simple outfit. The top is from one of my go-to brands — Brandy Melville. I especially loved this top because it was a thicker knit material, which is a bit different than the typical paper thin tees from Brandy. The pants were from a Nordstrom Rack in Seattle and they are oh so comfy. The shoes on the other hand left me with quite a few blisters, but hey fashion is pain!

Earlier in the day I had stopped by the open studios at 52 O Street. I spent many days in that building when I interned for Virginia Arrisueño of DeNada, but I never realized how many talented artists, designers and creative minds call the building home. My fiancé and I explored nearly every studio and I left feeling truly inspired. I also left with a DeNada shawl too!!
