Christy Dawn you can do no wrong. As per usual, I spent some money that I probably should have put into savings on this beauty below, but I really couldn’t help myself. Not only are all of Christy’s dresses gorgeous and so easy to wear, but they are also sustainably made.

This dress in particular was made from deadstock ribbed cotton. If you’re not familiar with the term deadstock, it refers to vintage  fabric or the unused fabric which was left over by fashion houses at the end of the season. Essentially, it is fabric that may have gone to waste had Christy not breathed new life into it!

This dress is perfect for the cooler weather because it is made from a thicker material and has long sleeves. Oh, it also has pockets and it’s uber comfortable too!!

This exact color (burnt orange which is my absolute favorite) is no longer available, but there are several other colors up on the Christy Dawn website: burnt sienna, pumpkin, black and dark grey.  Check them out…and GO!
